Does this change make sense? Briar is available on Linux and Windows as well, and I believe those versions can be used independently of the Android app (they're not connected). Briar is currently less of an Android app, and more of a messenger that just doesn't support iOS/macOS. |
Hmm well before it had Briar (android), so maybe it would make more sense to just remove the "Other Messengers" altogether? |
I would say so, yeah. Again, if my understanding is correct, the Android app is not connected to the Windows/Linux app in any way, and both can be ran independently of one another. In many ways, Signal is much more of an Android/iOS app, because you need the mobile app to use the desktop app, and the desktop app cannot be used alone. |
Since they're all cross platform, I don't think there's much of a point in labelling it "Cross Platform" |

Briar is also cross platform, it just doesn't support macOS and iOS. I think this makes the page look a little cleaner.
