Avoiding admonition overuse.
This also makes WKD a requirement for the first email provider category, moves Startmail to the second category (since it does not support WKD), and moves ProtonVPN below IVPN and Mullvad because they don't accept Monero and their clients appear to just be objectively worse according to our own criteria.
