Remove digital legacy heading

I'm into keeping this info on the site but I don't like it being its own section, because it isn't a part of our criteria, and it seems to basically only serve to give mailbox.org bonus points which feels unnecessary. This moves it to the additional functionality heading.

What is interesting about this is it is a feature Google provides see "Make a plan for your account"

https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3036546, so maybe for users migrating from Google this might make sense to have?
