Add more contributors

The bot will be useful for adding single contributors in the future, but I think I'll merge any requests we get in the next 48 hours into this single PR, so let's not merge any incoming requests @dngray. Changes proposed in this PR:

• Fixes lazy loading images
• Links to contributors page instead of GitHub graph in relevant areas
• Closes add dioxias as a contributor for question #2528
• Closes add rollsicecream as a contributor for translation #2527
• Closes add ph00lt0 as a contributor for question #2526
