Remove blog

Closes #833. This removes the blog on the website and replaces it with https://blog.privacyguides.org/

Why?

• We currently don't make much use of Git for our article publishing process.
• Hacking mkdocs into becoming a good blog is an uphill battle.
  • New posts require manual updates on docs/blog.md and mkdocs.yml
  • RSS isn't available. The RSS plugins we've discovered would enable RSS for changes on every page on the site, which is not ideal.
• Blog articles should be published/optimized in many ways that the rest of the site shouldn't
  • A lot more metadata is required for blog articles for e.g. cover images, twitter card info, author metadata etc.
• Self-hosted comments
• Using an actual blog platform will let us do things like host a newsletter in the future.
