Hi @RobertoD91. Yes, this would probably be doable; however, isn't using a Raspberry Pi for this simple task overkill when it can be done with a cheap ESP8266?

Do you have a BOSE Lifestyle 3, 5, 8, 12 system?

Absolutely agree that a raspberry is overkill for this task.

But it will be part of a demonstration in a computer science course.

In our laboratory we have raspberrypi, hackrf and logic analyzers, I was considering using an old bose lifestyle 12 system for some exercises.
