Push updates out to extending repos? #10

I love the idea behind this app. I have one question, though.

If we create a settings.yml file in our .github repo with default Branch Protection on master, and decide to update that default config, could this trigger all of the repos that extend that settings file to update via the settings app?

The same question would really apply to any app.

@jwsloan great question! Not currently. In this case, the settings app would have to be updated to handle files changed in the .github repository, and then look for all repositories that inherit that config.

Same applies for any other app. It'd be great to come up with some ideas or examples of how an app might handle this.
