Invalid GitHub App configuration Error

Bug Report

Current Behavior
I am new to probot and trying to setup the initial app. but got this issue.

URL : http://localhost:3000/probot

Expected behavior/code
Expected to configure OAuth with github

Environment

• Probot version(s): 11.4.1
• Node/npm version: 12.22.1
• OS: Ubuntu 20.04

This appears to be an issue with the documentation. localhost is not supported for webhooks. Probot offers smee.io for this: https://github.com/probot/probot/blob/c34f64d2f40ebebce8c3014758e5420ecfbb5994/docs/development.md#manually-configuring-a-github-app. Please check if that helps you.
