I want to use nodemon with probot.

Describe the solution you'd like
I want to be able to run nodemon src/index.ts on my probot project, but currently running probot locally requires me to run probot run ./lib/index.js.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I saw #743 and was wondering if there are any updates on the situation. I see that #751 ended with a conversation about removing the command.
