Actual Behavior

When hovering on the language options the tool-tip shows the short form of the language instead of the complete name of the language.

Expected Behavior

When hovering on the language options the tool-tip should show the complete name of the language instead on EN for english it should say ENGLISH and same for other language options.

Steps to reproduce

I have found out where the issue lies but i am having some trouble

the problem is in the anchor tag
in the code file

i guess we will have to make changes in navbar.md which is in p5.js git but i dont know how to apply those changes as this issue is in p5.js-website

As per #1452 we have a new website that is currently in the works and so we are not looking to make design related changes to the websites for now as they will be archived as soon as the new website is ready. Please do have a look at other open issues in the p5.js and p5.js-website repo. Thanks.
