I see this line in DEBIANINSTALL

wget ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/programming/pcre/pcre-7.9.tar.gz

That link is wrong. Can you set new link? Something like this → http://switch.dl.sourceforge.net/project/pcre/pcre/7.9/pcre-7.9.tar.gz

UPDATE: I submitted fix → https://github.com/ZDroid/nu/blob/master/notes/OBSOLETE/DEBIANINSTALL
