Started work on this, added functionality in Node2 to handle each column and mutation level. Not yet there, see commits in branch visualAlgo for further comments.

(Unsure how to link the branch to this issue)

Okay, the branch visualAlgo now has some good tactics to visualise the data. The current tag on the branch is where it reads the big file.

If it does that it still has some issues. I am taking these one by one and adding them to the test (1).gfa file for further analysis.
