I don't get any hungerlose at all.
I've been playing with the mod installed for about an hour, and I don't get any hungerlose in peacefull.

Can you tell me how to get the settings right?

The hunger value does not drain on Peaceful difficulty, and will regenerate if it is not at the maximum value.
