Install Forge as usual, and setup your IDE as with any other Forge project. Forge Multipart, DEOBF version of NEI and CodeChickenlib must be installed to ~/run/mods/. You can download them at chickenbones.net. Tinkers' Construct must be installed as well from [CurseForge](https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/tinkers-construct/files.
