Automaticaly do action/print message when bot detects certain words in a message

For example, someone says "I can't find where can I ", bot detects 'can't/cant', 'find', 'install' and prints "See " or "To do x, click on button y [...]"

this should in theory be possible currently when using the custom commands as those are driven by regex.
the question in this case is do we want special handling for common support scenarios
