Header should include all base page types that exist, a future API docs page, and mark the current page as active.
Header should be hooked into the master template currently https://github.com/progwml6/FTBCurseBot/blob/master/src/main/resources/templates/master.mustache

some links should be converted into buttons etc.

if mustache is not the right solution, there are other templating engines such as jinja that we can switch to
