Issues in Stream simulator panel

Environment

How are you running Flogo Web?

Describe the bug

• Seeing an unwanted tools icon for the simulation table:

• The table is refreshing whenever I change the selection. It is loosing the previous simulation data.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to stream details page
2. Click on Run stream
3. Notice the "tool" icon in the simulation table
4. Select the first stage and notice the simulation data in the table is continuing but the previous data is lost.
5. Clear the selection by clicking on the same stage. Notice that the whole stream's simulation data is cleared and the latest data is started from the first row.

Expected behavior

The simulation data should have been retained as much as possible
