Unhandled exception when clicking Settings button in the PRK launcher when install dir is not explicitly set

Describe the bug
If you leave the launcher install dir at the default (i.e. ".\client"), and you click the Settings button in the Project Rubi-Ka Launcher, the launcher crashes due to an unhandled FileNotFound exception.

This has already been fixed in master, but the version sent to me by Portaler presumably didn't have the fix. Either way, should be working with the latest version.
