The Service OS shall implement CS(M)E mediation facilities. Reasoning: The facilities will provide access to the hardware CSME security functionality via virtualization to the guest VMs. Paravirtualized security interface front end drivers that execute in the guest OS context and are connected to the mediator are considered part of the CSME Mediator component for the purpose of requirements management
