Regenie now supports comprehensive gene-based testing to calculate P_GENE (see :
https://rgcgithub.github.io/regenie/overview/#step-2-gene-based-testing ) Could this functionality be ported to GLOW? Other packages (SAIGE, Genesis) also support set based tests (https://saigegit.github.io/SAIGE-doc/docs/set.html and https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/vignettes/GENESIS/inst/doc/assoc_test_seq.html#aggregate-tests).
