Improve internal documentation

Method + Class documentation improvements. Perhaps show how methods map to Deezer API responses. As highlighted by #17

Methods + Properties should be self-explainitory and so internal docs shouldn't be required. Also required the distribution of XML docs file with DLL and so this will be ignored in favour of the Wiki docs in #20
