Currently our 'docs' tox target lets 'warnings' slide. This is due to the fact that coping with nonlocal image urls is a pain otherwise.

Sphinx 1.4.2? should introduce a way to exclude this particular error. Once it does we should swtich back to ``SPHINXOPTS='-W'
