[BUG] @FieldDefaults doesn`t have target type java.lang.annotation.ElementType#PACKAGE

In lombok documentation
said what Would be nice if you could stick this on the package-info.java package to set the default for all classes in that package. But @FieldDefaults have only annotation @target(ElementType.TYPE), not java.lang.annotation.ElementType#PACKAGE
