Unable to reproduce the results in the paper

Hello,

I have been unable to reproduce the results you described in the bioRxiv paper: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.07.25.501404v1

I am using the setup I described in #1.

For example, when running SPOP protein:

python Code/main.py --id P37275

I get Not a LLPS system as final message. And, when opening the templates/newnetworkpriC3-0616P37275union.html file it shows low bio-condensate propensity.

Same happens for G3BP1 (Q13283) and G3BP2 (Q9UN86).

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
