Sell AQPs to other players with a gold take

Right now you can sell AQPs if they are in 'token' form, but not ones you've gotten through autoquesting.

What if you could, but there's a transaction fee, something like 5% of the gold or so.

It's a gold sink!

Setting up the transaction is a little tricky (I'm reminded of the old 'trade' interface in Runescape). Perhaps the auction code could be re-used here.
