When ontology is classified in protege, unchecking the "Show inferences" checkbox in the status bar does not result in inferences to disappear. Likewise, if if the checkbox is not checked and no inferences are shown then checking the checkbox does not case them to appear. It looks like the UI does not get refreshed after changing the checkbox. See the screenshot.
