The Ontology (Version) IRI links in the Ontology Header view should point to https://www.w3.org/TR/owl2-syntax/#Ontology_IRI_and_Version_IRI. The current links lead to a version of the spec that prompts the following warning popup:

This version is outdated!
For the latest version, please look at http://www.w3.org/TR/owl2-syntax/.
