Although most view titles are sentence cased, some are still use title case (such as "Active Ontology", "Object Properties", "Data Properties", etc., as well as "New Entities", "New Ontologies", "New Entities Metadata" etc. in preferences).

Turn all of them to sentence case to make the UI consistent.
