Update from version 6.x.x to version 7.x.x

protobuf.js version: 7.x.x from 6.8.8

I am having issues migrating protobuf from version 6.8.8 to version 7.0.0 and above. Is it possible to update the README file with general guidelines on what changes need to be made in the project to make the migration from version 6 to 7 easy? Unfortunately, the page https://github.com/protobufjs/protobuf.js/releases/tag/protobufjs-v7.0.0 doesn't provide much information on the required changes, except for adding protobufjs-cli and changes in line with proto3.
