Workflow passes successful even though a error is returned. #5

With a response message: forbidden no plant is added to production. The workflow passes successfully anyway and the green checkmark implies a successful treeplant.

Added exit codes to the planttree.py. Now there is an error message and the workflow gets a little red x for errors.
