The commands for wp stateless upgrade aren't working. I submitted an issue and have done some investigation. I can dig deeper but at this point I'm leaning towards waiting till tomorrow before doing the update just to see if they have any updates.

We can likely also do the upgrade, and then do the database format upgrade at a later point either with the fixed commands or by manually going to each site and running the upgrade from the WP admin UI. That will take a while, but if we don't get an answer tomorrow I'm loathe to hold back security fixes over the database upgrade issue.
