Support for Conduit 1.2

Is it possible to bump the upper version bound for conduit?

I would create a pull request but noticed there were already some flags managing this behavior.

I have been unpacking the sources and modifying the dependencies manually and everything seems to work ok. I also ran the tests and they all pass with conduit 1.2.1.
