output filters (eg, logger) not applied to modules listed only in extraRequires #3

In jsbundle.json, if a module is listed for inclusion in extraRequires but that module is not used/required in any other module, output filters are not applied. (Eg, logger is not injected.)

workaround: explicitly require the module once in any module
