Problem

Some Tool Windows (Map Local, Scripting, Breakpoint, ...) are too big
Some Tool Windows are too small (SSL, Block List, ...)
Wording the "Top-Down approach" is hard to understand
Shortcut is wrong

New Criteria

Find a suitable Windows size for each tool
Re-wording the "top-down approach", to make it easier to understand
Fix the shortcut helper string
