v2ray服务端换新端口之后，报错监听端口失败。已检查，并没有端口占用情况。请求指导!

这个v2ray下的issue，似乎与你遇到的问题很像，但是最后好像也没有找到原因，你还是换一个版本的linux系统，再更换一下代理的参数配置，或才切换一下代理，再安装试试。
