How would I completely uninstall PythonMiniProbe from a Linux system?

You just need to remove the folder of the probe and disable the startup of the init-script.

rm -R /etc/PythonMiniProbe
rm /etc/init.d/prtgprobe
update-rc.d -f prtgprobe remove
