A sample app to demonstrate the new UIAction-based initializer API for
UISegmentedControl available in iOS 14.
The target actions view controller contains a segmented control configured with
a String array initializer and a target-action with a selector.
The actions view controller containes an identical segmented control that has
been configured with an array of UIActions.
