MMU2S and tuned settings for flewrate

When using MMU2S on MK3S with BVOH I ran into the problem of not beeing able to tune filament settings, as they do not stick to the extruder, on which they were entered.

It is not very useful to change the flewrate on BVOH and have it also changed for PETG.
