Gcode preview and file thumbnail differ from Sliced view (in app).

Description of the bug

The file thumbnail and preview differ from the sliced view differ.

The project has "Negative" objects in it to subtract from the original model. The GCode preview and thumbnail show the original object without the subtracted objects. It prints the way it should, its just the generated previews are incorrect.
