UI loading lag when starting PrusaSlicer or opening file

Description of the bug

I just recently switched from Mac to Windows. I've found that PrusaSlicer has serious UI lag int he selection boxes and dialog boxes when loading the program or opening a project. This lag is not present on Mac.
