Currently, vertical shell thickness can only be specified by a layer count.
When using dynamic layer heights for smoother top surfaces, this can make the total top surface thinner than desired.
This could be fixed by specifying top/bottom shell thickness in mm instead.
Modifiers with greater shell thicknesses can help here, but it's hard synchronize them with layer height changes.
