Fillets are hard to print but not impossible. Prusa Slicer detects overhangs in the 2nd layer. But it provides too much filament. There's solid infill on one half and 0.2 mm (at most) at the rest. Volume of filament used is computed according to nozzle size. Space below is not included. This causes over extrusion which propagates many layers above. The bigger the nozzle and the lower the first layer is, the worse.
