Download > unzip > Run Slic3r.exe
Configuration > Mode >Expert
Printer Settings Tab > pick any drop down preset.
Application Crashes.

I have been able to replicate it once so its not 100% consistent.

Will Regress today and see if I can replicate it in Alpha 4.
