Marlin request timeout when loading filament

Describe the bug
When filament runout and you need to insert new filament and you long press the rotating knop you first then can lift the z axis. when done the printer trows out a error "marlin request timeout"

How to reproduce
Print something with a to short piece of filament, then when you need to load it long press the knop , move then the z axis and you got the bug

Expected behavior
Not trowing out the bug "marlin request timeout" and continue loading filament
