馃殌 Feature Request

Description

Prysm updates through the psysm.sh script are nice, but they work around the apt packaging system by using a custom update solution.

Describe the solution you'd like

Implement a Personal Package Archive (PPA) installation and upgrading solution for prysm to automate installation and upgrading. This technique will VASTLY improve installation by creating the beacon chain systemd service and reduce the technical barrier to staking.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The current prysm.sh update method is fine for a beta client, but mainnet software requires mainnet solutions.

Hey @superphiz and @0xKiwi! Looks like all this work has been completed in #8872 by @aliask , yet there is still no PPA that enables users to just apt install these packages and take advantage of these convenient configuration files.

Can we have the prysm team setup an official PPA to make the distribution of these packages easier on users?
