I noticed, that the Android client - when running - does apparently not synchronise ("Aktualisieren") the list of files automatically. The user has manually to click on "Aktualisieren".
I suggest, that
Android client when it runs automatically updates (synchronises) the list of files and file timestamps every n minutes (like a mail client refreshes every n minutes).

The synchronization policy is currently in a deep review. Different users have different preferences about this, and differente from the desktop space. It will be improved in a near future.
