Issue description - Describe the problem you are having

When I insert PS1 MC into PS2 -> launch OPL -> launch any game
-> Game history will be updated.
Unfortunately this feature is causing problems (corrupted data) with PS1 MC:

Here is how it looks like in wLe:

This problem is not happening with original disc(s).

Expected result

Update Game history only for PS2 MC.

I'm having this issue too. It gets to a point where the ps1 memory card's formatting gets corrupted, resulting in GameSave loss.

I just tested it, works perfectly thanks for the fix. Will it be merged to the main repo?
