[ISSUE] Crash while updating settings [POWER]

Describe the issue

I have notice that when I've set device (USB\ETH) to manually (probably auto should have the same issue)
initialize and I want to quit OPL or shutdown console, app will crash freeze:

The same thing can be achieve when device is initializing and I will run\refresh APPS bookmark.

This problem only happens when OPL is loading device\config (this icon should be shown):

Another problem is that OPL will freeze e.g. on HDD Games page when I will tap power off button
instead of turning off console.

Currently tested OPL 1553, but other (previous) releases also should have these issues.

Expected behavior
OPL should wait until device is fully initialized or shout it down to execute another process (e.g. reboot),
not crash\freeze.
Turn off the console while the power off button has been press.
