[ISSUE]: Internet doesn't work as static and NBD server

Describe the issue

When I set internet as static it doesn't work at all however DHCP has a problem too, when I'll correctly set static and swap to DHCP it loads my settings from static and internet works (as well as SMB). This issue, of course, doesn't happen with OPL v.1.0.0.

As for NBD, I honestly have no idea how to use it, I'm using either OPL 1.0.0 with HDL Dump on PC side or app from SP193 HDL Game Installer. I tried things with CEPH something as well as beta version of hdl-dump-1e760d76-windows. All of this work with OPL v1.0.0. However, even if with OPL 1755-e3eed16 I do have connection and SMB works, latest HDLDump shows as in attachment.

Context and extra information

Honestly it affects all games as there is no internet unless I'll set it up correctly (which is odd as I mentioned no issues with v1.0.0).

@Haker120 can you check https://github.com/ps2homebrew/Open-PS2-Loader/pull/502/checks (press on artifacts) - it seems that static vs dhcp should work now as it should.

Except... it doesn't? Unless you mean not compiled version, I have the one with number 1755-e3eed16 from releases page.

Edit: Ok, it did help with DHCP and static but NBD problem remains...

Edit2: This version fixes internet settings but all games hang with 'Saving config...' message.

@Haker120 at Windows 10 currently the only option for nbd is to use a virtual machine with Linux, or WSL.
Commands for WSL (after NBD server is started):

mkdir ps2
nbdfuse ps2/ nbd://192.168.1.45 &
hdl_dump inject_dvd ps2/nbd "Test Game" /mnt/d/TEST.ISO

I placed the game into D:/TEST.ISO
