Need to refactor forms to use django OOB forms capablilities.

What about migrating forums to https://discuss.afpy.org ?

The current forums at https://education.python.org/forum/ is currently only used for spam (the full home page is spam only).

@ewdurbin what do you think about creating an education category at https://discuss.python.org/
and close the spirit forum in education.python.org? I feel bad with all those spams on python.org :( I bet it's bad for SEO too.

If so I could update the link in #54 and we can merge that?
